Getting an Estimate: we'll gather information about you and your home, and send you a formal estimate with our terms and conditions, and a way to pay. Depending on the type of cleaning, a deposit or payment in full is due to book the appointment if you're a new customer.

Upon Arrival: We do not use a cookie cutter approach to every home - we recognize that different surfaces require different products and techniques. You can expect your metal fixtures/appliances to shine, and your home to feel clean from the top down! Sanitizing/disinfecting is included with every cleaning. If you have pets, we take the time to remove pet hair from furniture. 

Supplies We Provide: We provide everything you'd expect us to provide with the exception of toilet brushes and vacuums. Cleaning company vacuums are gross. Viruses, allergens and small bugs (bed bugs. no thanks) get trapped in vacuums and are carried from house to house. Due to Covid 19 we decided to just not use community vacuums. We prefer to use the vacuum in the home that you're accustomed to using. This also helps ensure a consistent experience for you.
